Every May as we see another graduating class spread their wings and prepare for take-off, we are faced with the reality that this is exactly what we have prepared them to do, fly!  Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it. - Proverbs 22:6

For all those who have helped develop their spiritual formation by teaching, leading and mentoring them the past 18 years, this is a bittersweet moment where we continue to cover them in prayer, and anxiously await to see where God will take them!

To the Class of 2020 and the students of Lifestumin at Countryside, congratulations!

Your school year and your lives have been dramatically changed.  This has not been an early summer full of gathering and free time; this has been a season of navigating the unknown through the disappointment of all that was lost that you have worked hard for.  Ecclesiastes 3:1, says for everything there is a season and a time for every matter under heaven.   Verse 11 goes on to say: Yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. It may be hard to see God’s hand at work during this season, but He is in fact working. I pray you have eyes to see Him today, tomorrow, and in the months and years to come. God grieves with you over all things that were lost, because He loves you, He is for you, and He is with you.

We know it was hard and you did great and finished strong; we are so proud of you! We wish you all of God’s best!

God Bless,
