Life is marked by losses brought about from major transitions like moving, starting college, or retirement; the effects of natural disaster, death of a loved one, or divorce. Find healing you may not know you needed as you learn to identify loss and its long-term effects. Learn to help someone you love with their loss. Resist the pull toward despair and start on the road back to joy! Crescendo sponsored, all welcome.
